The Delete menu of STACS is shown below.

Delete Teacher from System: Use when a teacher leaves and class(es) are assigned to other teacher(s). You will be prompted to select teacher name.
 
Delete Class for Teacher: Use when a class has completed an education cycle or when a class is transferred to another teacher. You will be prompted to select teacher name and class name.

Delete Student for Teacher/Class Combination: Use when a student is transferred to another class (you will need to manually add the student to the new class) or when a student leaves the school. You will be prompted to select teacher name, class name and student name.

Delete Test File Already Uploaded for Student Group: This is to ensure that no test files are left on the server after a test has been completed by a student group. This should be used routinely after each test. Although STACS deletes the test on completion by each student, it has no way of determining which students did not show up for the test. You will be prompted to select teacher name, class name and test file name.

Clear Class Test Bank: This becomes necessary when other tests need to be taken over and above the normal maximum.
